Possibly the most important blog post I will ever write.

I can't believe it didn't occur to me to write about Easy Mac before now. I know, I know, it's bad for you and fake cheese is gross and blah blah blah, but it's also delicious and I am extremely lazy. Anyway, I have something very important to share regarding Easy Mac preparation.

If you microwave Easy Mac for 15-30 seconds less than the directions recommend, then add the cheese powder, and then microwave for an additional 15-30 seconds, the cheese will cook into the macaroni. This results in Easy Mac that tastes more like real macaroni and cheese and less like, well, Easy Mac.

I made this miraculous discovery one drunken night in college when I was unable to successfully follow the directions on the package. I would love to follow that sentence with some sort of joke about other drunken mistakes, but since this is not an anonymous blog, I think I will refrain.

I'm crying you're eating this stuff.

I wish my bread recipe would work for you, but alas, I live too high.

ps. followed your link from NORML re: Kellog's.

In any case, there are tons of great snacks that are healthy and low-cost. Eat a few dates, enjoy the sweetness, and the healthy kind of sugar will really give you energy.
